NOTE: As of October 8, 2006, the Marriott Dallas/Plano Legacy Hotel is smoke-free. All other Marriott Hotels, of all brands, in North America, will be smoke-free no later than October 15, 2006. There will be a fee of $250 for any guests who smoke in any of the hotel space, public areas or guest rooms. There are designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
